Sled Dog Demos

Free Spirit Siberian Rescue will return for two sled dog demos on January 14 and February 18, 2018. Seminars take place in the LaSalle Room at 10:30am and 1:30pm. Outdoor sled dog demos will take place in the northwest corner of the Visitor Center Parking Lot at 9:30am, 12pm and 3pm.

Guided Winter Hikes

Starved Rock Walker’s Club

Art in the Park

Starved Rock Lodge’s Art in the Park Exhibit is the largest collection of chainsaw woodcarvings in the Midwest. The centerpiece of the exhibit is the large Native American Indian head in front of the Lodge – entitled Chief Walks with the Wind. This carving is a tribute to honor Same Sine.
