Burgoo Festival

The Burgoo Festival is sponsored by LaSalle County Historical Society. What is BURGOO? It’s a delicious stew that cooks for many hours (ask the Burgoo Master). Visitors are invited to stir the Burgoo and taste it, too! Come and explore the town that was once called SCIENCE! Explore a wide variety of vendors with hand-crafted works of art, food, antiques and much more. It’s a fun day in North Utica.
