Guided Winter Hikes from Starved Rock Lodge

There’s no better way to see the Winter Wonderland at Starved Rock than with a guided, Winter Hike. Offered every Saturday and Sunday from December through March, the hike is about 4.5 miles round trip. Art in the Park

Starved Rock Lodge’s Art in the Park Exhibit is the largest collection of chainsaw woodcarvings in the Midwest. The centerpiece of the exhibit is the large Native American Indian head in front of the Lodge – entitled Chief Walks with the Wind. This carving is a tribute to honor Same Sine.
