Autumn Migratory Bird Hike

Join the park naturalist and local bird expert, Tom Williams, as we hike to seek out resident birds and greet our fall migrators. Bring your binoculars and your favorite bird guide. Hike will leave from the Starved Rock Visitor Center at 8:00 a.m. Hike lasts two hours.

Move to the beat with local musician Dave Peterson as he leads an interactive drum circle featuring African Percussion and Native American flutes. It’s an experience for all ages and ability levels. An energetic and fun way to create “in the moment” music with percussion instruments. Drums provided! This event will take place outside at Fox Ridge!

Patsy Cline Evening Show

Mary Pfeifer has a voice that will take you back to the days of Patsy Cline.  From Patsy’s first recordings in 1955 to her last in 1963, she covers her famous hits such as Crazy and Walking After Midnight.  Evening Show included: wine tasting, dinner buffet and show.  We will begin check in and wine tasting at 5:00pm in the Great Hall of the Lodge.  Overnight packages available. $37.00 per person.
