Eagle Watch Weekend

Sled Dog Demos

Free Spirit Siberian Rescue will return for two sled dog demos in 2016. The first is on January 10 with seminars in the LaSalle Room from 10:30am-1pm and the second one is on February 28 with seminars in the LaSalle Room from 10:30am-1pm. Outdoor sled dog demos will take place along the sea wall, just southeast of the Starved Rock Visitor Center at 9:30am, 12pm and 3pm.

Autumn Migratory Bird Hike

Join the park naturalist and local bird expert, Tom Williams, as we hike to seek out resident birds and greet our fall migrators. Bring your binoculars and your favorite bird guide. Hike will leave from the Starved Rock Visitor Center at 8:00 a.m. Hike lasts two hours.
