The Back Door Lounge is located in the back of the Dining Room and is open year-round.
Outdoor dining on the Veranda (which overlooks the beautiful Illinois River) is offered from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permiting).

Rock Star Competition 2010

Thursday nights in the Main Dining Room & Porch from February 18th through March 25th

Local vocalists bring their talent to the stage to see who will be the 2010 Rock Star. Competition begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Dining Room. An affordable, themed buffet is offered each week at just $10 per person. The Buffet event opens at 5:00 p.m.

So, gather your friends and family and come out to listen to the rockin'est voices in the region at Starved Rock & WAJK's 2010 Rock Star Competion. Settle in for an evening of super entertainment and great food at the most entertaining singing contest in the area. This year, there will be a $1,000 cash prize!

Blessings at NOON & 1:30 p.m.Stop by Starved Rock Lodge's East parking lot and have your motorcycle blessed by local clergy in one of two ceremonies. The blessings remind us that life is a journey and we need to ask for God's protection. A great kick-off for biking season! Open to the public. PLUS! Each November, Starved Rock hosts an Annual Leinenkugel Dinner. All of the entrees and desserts were made with genuine Leinenkugel Beer. We've already set the date for next year's dinner and Pub Crawl. Join us on Friday, Nov. 12, 2010 for the Dinner and Saturday, Nov. 13th for the Pub Crawl. Reservations are required.
