Weddings
Our Trolleys are the perfect alternative to a standard limo because the entire wedding party can board our trolley at the Lodge or church and tour the Starved Rock area together! Bella (pictured far right) is our newest Trolley and the perfect rental choice for your wedding. You don't have to get married here to rent our Trolley. Imagine taking your wedding party on a brief ride around beautiful Starved Rock State Park for photos!
Rehearsal Dinners & Family Events
From pre-schoolers to great-grandparents, you'll find all sorts of fun things to do together at Starved Rock Lodge & State Park. We have a variety of options -- from a historic Trolley ride around the Park to a 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration (we had one family take our trolley to the church where the parents we married 50 years ago)! What a great backdrop for a wedding party or family photo!
Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties
Leave the driving to us so no one has to drink and drive. We offer the best way to keep the party moving from place to place with all your guests aboard one vehicle. Our Activities Department can provide your party with chilled beverages of your choice.
Surprise Birthday Parties
Imagine having all your guests meet at a secret location and our Trolley picks everybody up and takes them to the party in style! Won't your guest of honor be surprised?
History Tours
See one of the "Seven Wonders of Illinois" in-depth as our friendly guides take your group on a narrated, custom-designed tour of the Starved Rock State Park area.
Holiday Lights Tour
What better way to get in the Christmas spirit than to see local homes adorned with Holiday lights from the warm, Starved Rock Trolley? We choose the itinerary and do the driving, too! We also provide festive music for caroling along the way!
Corporate Outings & Team Building
How about a unique way to build camaraderie and keep your group entertained? Our trolley is a rolling classroom for a captive audience! There's a P.A. system on board and the places you go are up to you.
Bar & Pub Crawls
Leave the driving to us and allow your guests to relax and enjoy the evening without having to worry about the keys! Your agenda can range from a Wine Tasting Excursion to sampling some of the seasonal beers by Leinenkugel or just libate safely from bar-to-bar during local Mardi Gras & Saint Patrick's Day festivals.
