Photo Show Winners Announced

Winners have been announced in Starved Rock’s Annual Photography Contest. In the Adult Category, judges chose 13-old Ben Just’s amazing photo of an eagle in flight (pictured left) as Best of Show and 1st Place. Governor Announces Expansion at Starved Rock State Park

Governor Pat Quinn recently announced the acquisition of a 51-acre parcel of land adjacent to Starved Rock State Park that will provide additional wildlife space and serve as a buffer to protect the park.
