Matt Hancock has taught over 14,000 classes and teaches at the Grove Center located in Lasalle, Illinois. Matt teaches a very dynamic yoga practice that will make you sweat, stretch and balance your way to mental and physical bliss. This event features a 75 minute yoga class and a 3 mile hike to St. Louis Canyon. Please bring your own yoga mat. Reservations required. This event will take place rain or shine!
