More Than just a Day Trip
Discover a remote haven of unparalleled beauty and comfortable accommodations at Starved Rock Lodge. With over 60 rooms in the Lodge, choose between a historic lodge room built in the 1930’s by the Civilian Conservation Corps or a more spacious hotel room that was an addition to the lodge in the 1980’s. Check-in time is guaranteed at 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please be advised that for our safety and yours our housekeepers will not enter your room during your stay. Please feel free to call our Front Desk to request fresh linens. All rooms and Cabins have a
mini fridge & microwave. Some Pioneer Cabins feature an electric fireplace.

Historic
The historic lodge wing rooms were built in the 1930’s and are part of the original lodge structure. Filled with rustic décor, these unique rooms feature floor-to-ceiling knotty pine paneling and handcrafted furniture. All rooms feature modern amenities including a mini fridge, small microwave, TV, DVD player, hair dryer, ironing board and coffee maker.
Lodge Wing Bay King

Located on the first, second and third floors, our historic lodge wing bay rooms feature a small seating area with a bay window overlooking the natural beauty of Starved Rock State Park.

The larger hotel wing rooms were an addition to the Lodge in the 1980’s. These rooms are a bit more contemporary but the historic ambiance is still present.
